Alsa Vanilla Sugar : This sugar with natural vanilla extract flavors all desserts, cakes, apple tarts and yogurt.

Made with pure sugarcane and vanilla bean extract, you’ll get the same flavoring power as you would with a ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Sweeten your crepes, add to your yogurt, pies and cakes!

RECIPE OF CREPES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100g of flour
  • 100 g Cornflower
  • 50 cl of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 sachets of Alsa Vanilla Sugar

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE :

1) In a bowl, stir Cornflower and the wheat flour into the milk.

2) Add the eggs previously beaten in omelet and the Alsa Vanilla Sugar. Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes.

3) In a flat pan of about 24 centimeters, distribute Homogeneously some butter with the help of a paper towel, and when the pan is hot, pour your dough with a ladle. Cook your pancake over high heat and turn it over. Leave on the other side.

4) Garnish with some jam, honey, fruits, nutella, lemon & sugar, chestnut spread and enjoy hot!

Tip: Add 2 tablespoons of rum to your pancake batter for more delicacies.
