Traditional preparation:

In a saucepan, off the heat, pour 3/4 of a litre of boiling water (750ml) and 20cl of liquid crème fraîche. Pour the contents of the sachet. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or large spoon. Let rehydrate off the heat 1 minute. Without delay and over medium heat, slowly stir the mixture with a spatula, for about 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Continue to turn the mixture off the heat for 1 minute in lifting your aligot to smooth it out and spin it. Serve it immediately spinning and smooth. You can also prepare your aligot in a traditional oven preheated to 200 ° C. Reheat the aligot prepared as before for 5 to 10 minutes before serving stringy.

Aligot, an emblematic recipe from Aveyron. Serve with ham, cured ham, sausages, confits and even beef bourguignon.

Ingredients: freeze-dried fresh tomme (pasteurized cow’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments), dehydrated potatoes (potatoes 99%, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: disodium diphosphate, spice extract: turmeric, antioxidant: rosemary extract), salt, pepper.

Ingrédients : tomme fraîche lyophilisée (lait de vache pasteurisé, sel, présure, ferments lactiques), pommes de terre déshydratées (pommes de terre 99%, émulsifiants : mono et diglycérides d’acides gras, stabilisant : diphosphate disodique, extrait d’épices : curcuma, anti-oxydant : extrait de romarin), sel, poivre.

Conservation: Room temperature.
