SERVES 3 TO 4
Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and serve in a soup tureen accompanied by our Garlic Croutons and our Sétoise Rouille. Our Bisque can be used with crème fraîche. It's excellent
as a sauce for all your fish and shellfish and can also be used diluted (half the volume of the jar of water).
Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature.
After opening, refrigerate for 2 to 3 days.
