and above all, no flour or thickener. Fish... nothing but fish! Made in a traditional way, this Rock Fish Soup is a true marvel to taste… This soup is the first recipe launched by Georges Azais and Raymond Polito in 1963. It has an international reputation, it has received numerous trophies including: the 2008 Hérault Gourmand Trophy and the Gold Award One star at the 2008 Great Taste Award, a prize awarded by the Fine Food Guild, the English equivalent of the Michelin Guide
SERVES 2 TO 3
Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan, adding half the amount of water, and bring to a boil.
Serve in a soup tureen with our Garlic Croutons topped with our Sétoise Rouille with fresh eggs and grated cheese. Enjoy!
