RECIPE IDEA:

Baked coquillettes pasta and ham

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of coquillettes
  • some off the bone ham
  • 100 g grated Gruyère or Emmental cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 15 cl of milk
  • 50 cl of fresh cream
  • salt – 20 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Method:

  1. First of all, cook the pasta in boiling, salted oiled water, for 8 minutes.
  2. Then drain, rinse with cold water in a colander and drain again.
  3. While cooking the pasta, remove the skin from the sausages, cut in half lengthwise and then thinly slice them. Break the eggs separately in a cup, then beat them in a bowl and add the milk + cream; season.
  4. Finally, butter a mold and arrange successively the pasta, the matches of ham and then sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with milk-cream-egg mixture and disperse a few pieces of butter.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 220 ° C (th 7-8).
