A gourmet blend of chopped and caramelized almonds and hazelnuts that will add crunch and flavor to your desserts. This praline can easily be used in your muffins, cakes and pies. Perfect for making praline recipes such as Paris-Brest, praline butter creams or praline cream logs.
USE: Incorporate the praline in your cakes and creams for a soft and subtle taste. Also remember to sprinkle the praline on your fruit tarts or yogurts!
Ingredients: mixture of roasted NUTS (HAZELNUTS, ALMONDS) (50%), sugar. May contain other NUTS.
RECIPE IDEA:
Chocolate Praline Mousse for 6 people:
- 250g of dark chocolateÂ
- 4 egg whitesÂ
- 20cl of very cold liquid creamÂ
- 100g of Vahiné PralineÂ
- 1 sheet of GelatinÂ
- Vermicelli Chocolate Flavor
Preparation: 20 min.
Refrigeration: 4h.
1. Soften 15 min gelatin in cold water. Melt the chocolate, smooth it, then stir in the drained gelatin. Mix well, Let cool.
2. Whip the egg whites until stiff. Whip the whipped cream. Gently mix one with the other.
3. Add the praline and then the warmed chocolate to the mixture. Pour the mousse into cups.
4. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with Chocolate Flavor Vermicelli.Â
STORAGE: Store away from light, heat and humidity. After opening, we advise you to close the sachet, to keep it in a cool and dry place and to consume it within 15 days.
