Don’t Miss an Email from Us

We want to make sure you never miss an important email from us, especially about your order. Sometimes, email providers mistakenly send our messages to the spam or promotions folder. To avoid this and keep everything running smoothly, we recommend adding us to your Trusted Senders or Safe List.

Please take a moment to add the following email addresses to your safe list:

• info@site.franceathome.com.au
• @elasticemail.com (this covers messages sent through our email platform)
• bonjour@news.franceathome.com.au (optional; if you are subscribed to our newsletter)

Below, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to do this, depending on the email service you use.

✅ Gmail (Google Mail)

1. Go to Gmail and click the gear icon → See all settings
2. Click on Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
3. Click Create a new filter
4. In the From field, enter @elasticemail.com (and repeat the steps for info@site.franceathome.com.au)
5. Click Create filter
6. Tick Never send it to Spam
7. Click Create filter

✅ Outlook / Hotmail / Live / MSN

1. Sign in to Outlook.com
2. Click the gear icon → View all Outlook settings
3. Go to Mail → Junk Email
4. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
5. Enter elasticemail.com and then add site.franceathome.com.au
6. Click Save

✅ Microsoft 365 / Outlook (desktop)

1. Go to Home tab
2. Click Junk → Junk Email Options
3. Select the Safe Senders tab
4. Click Add and type @elasticemail.com and info@site.franceathome.com.au
5. Click OK

✅ Apple Mail (iCloud)

1. Open Mail app
2. Locate any message from info@site.franceathome.com.au
3. Right-click the sender’s email and choose Add to Contacts or VIP
4. Repeat this for any email from the domain @elasticemail.com

(For iCloud Mail via browser: Go to Settings → Rules and create a rule to never mark as junk)

✅ Yahoo Mail

1. Sign in to Yahoo Mail
2. Go to Settings → More settings
3. Click Filters → Add new filters
4. Name the filter (e.g., “Trusted Senders”)
5. Set “From” contains elasticemail.com and another for info@site.franceathome.com.au
6. Set it to deliver to Inbox
7. Click Save
