If a product is received in a damaged condition or does not match what was described on our website, please contact us via this link within 72 hours of receiving your goods and provide a brief description of the issue and photos for verification.
You will be contacted by phone or email regarding the best solution to the problem which may include a refund, dispatch of replacement products or alternative products.
If a order has been returned once an attempt to delivery has been made by our couriers, you will have the option to have the parcel redelivered (additional charges may apply) or have a credit note applied to your account for the value of the products minus the shipping cost.
France at Home does not accept returns due to a change of mind.
