These terms and conditions apply to both retail and wholesale customers unless otherwise specified. Additionally, there are also terms and conditions specific to wholesale clients and affiliate partners shown below.
- Although my parcel will be packed with ice packs and thermal packaging, my parcel will not be stored or transported in a temperature-controlled environment and may be exposed to high temperatures beyond the control of France At Home Pty Ltd.
- France At Home Pty Ltd cannot guarantee express delivery times, and any delays are outside of their control.
- I accept full responsibility for any loss, damage, or spoilage of perishable items due to shipping delays or temperature exposure.
- I understand that France At Home Pty Ltd will not provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for any loss or damage to perishable items caused by shipping delays.
