We’re proud to share another special milestone for France at Home: we have officially been awarded the EFE Label – “Entreprise de Français à l’étranger contribuant au rayonnement de la France”, recognising French businesses abroad that contribute to the international presence and influence of France.
The recognition marks another important chapter in our journey of bringing authentic French products, flavours and traditions to Australia.
What Is the EFE Label?
The EFE Label recognises French companies operating abroad that contribute to promoting France internationally.
The initiative is led by EFE International, with the support of CCI France International, the Conseillers du Commerce Extérieur de la France (CCE) and French public authorities.
France at Home’s application underwent an official review process and was validated by both the local committee and the Strategic Committee of EFE International.
The label is awarded for a three-year period and represents our inclusion in a wider international community of French businesses helping showcase French expertise, culture and products around the world.
A Recognition That Means a Lot to Us
For France at Home, French food has always been about more than simply importing products.
It is about sharing a part of France with Australians.
From pantry staples and traditional delicacies to the flavours many of our French customers grew up with, our goal has always been to make authentic French products more accessible across Australia while introducing more people to the richness of French gastronomy.
Receiving the EFE Label is a meaningful recognition of that work.
It acknowledges our contribution as a French business abroad and strengthens our commitment to representing the quality, heritage and traditions associated with France.
