Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described on our website, please contact us via this link within 72 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos for verification.

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll get in touch via phone or email to determine the best solution to the problem. This may include a refund or sending a replacement or alternative product (please note we do not offer exchanges).

If an order has been returned once an attempt to delivery has been made by our couriers, you may choose to:

  • Have it redelivered (additional shipping charges may apply), or
  • Receive a credit note on your account for the value of the products, minus the shipping cost.

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or incorrect.
