France at Home is proud to share a historic milestone — co-founder Sandra Ira has been officially appointed Knight of the French National Order of Agricultural Merit, one of France’s highest honours recognising contributions to agriculture, food culture, and gastronomy.
The insignia was conferred by His Excellency Pierre-André Imbert, Ambassador of France to Australia, during a special ceremony celebrating the cultural and culinary connection between France and Australia.

For many years, Sandra has worked to bring authentic French products, traditions, and culinary heritage closer to Australians. Through France at Home, she has helped make regional French foods accessible beyond restaurants and into everyday households.
