From August 30 to September 7, 2025, there will be a planned rail closure on the line connecting the East Coast (including Adelaide) and Perth. This closure will impact freight transit times between the East Coast and Western Australia.
As a result, deliveries to Western Australia may experience significant delays during this period. While air and road options may still be available, the majority of freight movements rely on rail, and extended transit times are expected.
What This Means for Our Customers
- Orders dispatched to WA between August 30 and September 7 may take longer than usual to arrive.
- Deliveries to other states and territories are not affected by this disruption.
- Normal delivery schedules are expected to resume once rail operations recommence after September 7, though some residual delays may continue as services return to normal.
