10. We charge a delivery rate depending on wight and size of the parcel being send for regular postal delivery within mainland Australia which is calculated on automatic on checkout. Title of the product(s) supplied passes to You after we receive cleared payment for the order. We will make every effort to deliver on time. 11. We offer a Free Pick up option from Somerton, Victoria, and also from Markets and Festivals we attend. You will be contacted within 24 hours to confirm a pick up time and location alternatively can state the Market in which you would like to pick up your order from in the order notes.
12. e Gift Vouchers once purchased will be emailed to the provided email address within 24 hours of the payments being relieved.
13. e Gift Vouchers cannot be used towards Shipping Costs and must be used in full in a single transaction and any remaining funds will be forfeited.

France At Home is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a Gift Voucher via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser. If the recipient does not receive the email Gift Voucher, please contact us immediately on (03) 8339 7438 or email us via our contact us page to send vouchers to an alternative email address.

16.France At Home, Refer a Friend program is only valid for new users being referred and is not valid or to be used in conjunction with any other offer/coupon code and excludes discounts on already discounted/special offers.
Discounts received by referring a friend or family must be used within 30 days and are not transferable, France At Home is not liable or responsible for any unused vouchers or discounts.

France at Home offers Free Delivery for orders over $150 sent within Victoria Metropolitan areas.
A fee of $7.90 will be charged for orders below $150 for Victoria Metropolitan areas.
Shipping other than Victoria Metropolitan will be calculated by weight and destination on checkout.

We aim to have orders processed and dispatched within 1 – 3 business days of receipt.
France at Home uses a variety of road courier networks for standard Australian deliveries including but not exclusive to Couriers Please, Fastway, Direct Freight Express, Star Track, TNT and Australia Post depending on the destination. The delivery service will be chosen automatically. You may request a specific carrier, please note that additional charges may apply.
Courier companies may vary for International deliveries
We offer Standard Shipping for all purchases and Express Shipping (on request with additional charge). We can also organise freight (pallets) and tailgate deliveries for larger orders upon request.

France at Home offers a Free Pick up options.
Free Local Pick up can be organised at 3/4 Burnett Street, Somerton. (By appointment)

France At Home delivers worldwide, shipping cost is calculated by weight and the destination. France At Home is will not be held liable for certain foods or products not allowed into the country and removed / refused by customs / border control.
a. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are buyer’s responsibility. We will try our best to reduce the risk of the custom duties.

Out of Stocks
