We wish to inform you of the current disruptions in mail and parcel deliveries due to recent severe weather and flooding in Western Australia. The Australian Rail Track Corporation (ARTC) has advised that the track between South Australia and WA will remain closed until after Easter due to ongoing flooding and damage to rail infrastructure.

As a result, there is an estimated delay of 1-2 business days for deliveries to and from Western Australia. Some customers may experience longer delays of up to three weeks for articles on trains delayed on the rail line in transit to WA.

We sincerely appreciate your patience during this challenging time as our team works tirelessly to manage a significant backlog and ensure deliveries are made as swiftly and safely as possible.

In response to these circumstances, we are committed to absorbing the costs associated with this impact, and will continue to do so unless there is a significant change in circumstances.
