We wanted to take a moment to speak directly from our hearts. At France At Home, our journey began with a simple yet profound desire: to bring the essence of France right to your doorsteps. The joy of receiving your orders seamlessly is something we deeply cherish, and we understand the frustration when your beloved products are unavailable.

Ensuring your satisfaction has always been our top priority, but we also want to share some of the challenges we’ve faced recently. Events like civil unrest and attacks on cargo ships have created unexpected hurdles. Additionally, domestic delays caused by union actions and partial port closures have further complicated matters. These difficulties have been compounded by international challenges. The recent conflicts and ship attacks in the Red Sea and Suez Canal have forced cargo ships to take longer routes, significantly delaying deliveries. This has impacted not only our international supply chains but also our domestic stock levels.

Despite these challenges, we want you to know that we are tirelessly working to overcome them. We’re increasing container frequencies and implementing new forecasting systems to better serve not only the families who have supported us but also our valued stockists across Australia.

We are expecting our new shipments to start arriving in early to mid March with all your favourite products back in stock and a heap of new goodies on the shelves. 60+ new products are arriving soon from France.

Your unwavering support means the world to us, and we are profoundly grateful for it. Rest assured, we will continue striving to make France At Home the best it can be, because you deserve nothing less.
