Originally a rustic, family dish, bouillabaisse has become a noble and refined dish in our region. Today, it is a specialty of the finest seafood restaurants. You’ll find all the best of the Mediterranean Sea in our authentic bouillabaisse. Its traditional composition and production methods give this product a distinctly premium positioning, much to the delight of even the most discerning gourmets.
This dish is ready to use. Simply reheat the contents of the pot, taking care not to damage the fish. For a Sétoise-style dish, we recommend serving our Bouillabaisse with steamed potatoes, and don’t forget to spice things up by serving it with our Sétoise Rouille and Garlic Croutons.
Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature. After opening, refrigerate for 2 to 3 days.
