A typical Sète dish, our Stuffed Squid are made with respect for traditional know-how and recipes
without artificial coloring.
The process is entirely artisanal and manual. The squid are stuffed by hand with pure pork stuffing flavored
with herbs from the South of France.
This quintessential Sète specialty is made with premium raw materials, particularly
large squid.
Our Stuffed Squid are ready to use. To best enjoy them, reheat the contents of the jar over low heat, then serve them on a platter with rice, spaghetti al dente, or potatoes of your choice. Then, top with the remaining sauce, which you’ve previously thickened with our Sétoise Rouille for a traditional Sète presentation. SERVES 2 TO 3 PEOPLE.
Store in a dry place, away from light, and at room temperature.
After opening, refrigerate for 2 to 3 days.
