If you like garlic this is wonderful, real garlic flavor in a sauce similar to Australian mayonnaise but lighter. You could even treat this sauce as a dip it is so tasty. I will definately be buying this Aioli again. I have tried a few Australian aioli mixes in the past and none compare to this one.
