Nestle Dessert dark chocolate with 52% cocoa is a must have for any chocolate lover or baking enthusiast. Made with 100% pure cocoa butter, it has the perfect melting properties and will make any chocolate dessert a success.

Ingredients : sugar, cocoa paste ( West Africa, South America), cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavor (Madagascar)

May contain tree nuts and milk.

52% cocoa minimum.

Recipe Idea: Chocolate mousse

Ingredients: 1 Chocolate NESTLÉ DESSERT Black 6 eggs 1 pinch of salt Steps to follow: Melt the broken chocolate in small pieces in a double boiler or on low heat. When completely melted, stir gently to obtain a smooth paste. Remove from heat and let cool. Break the eggs separating the yolks from the whites. Add the salt in the whites and beat them in very firm snow. Gradually pour the melted chocolate over the egg yolks, mixing vigorously. Incorporate gently with a spatula 1/3 of the beaten egg whites then add the rest gradually by lifting the preparation from bottom to top to distribute the chocolate without breaking the whites. Divide into 6 verrines. Put the mousse at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. Serve fresh.
