Daucy Extra Fine Peas : D’Aucy selects its peas for their fondant and tenderness. Easy to prepare as already cooked, simply as an accompaniment or in your culinary creations.

Cakes de petits pois et maïs à la coriandre

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium box of extra pea extra peas (280 g: drained net weight)
  • 1 small box of corn ultra crunch d’aucy (140g: drained net weight)
  • 3 eggs 50 g soft butter + 20 g for the mold 5 cl of milk
  • 180 g of flour 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 4 sprigs of fresh coriander
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 210 ° (Thermostat 7-8).
  2. Drain the aucy extra peas and Aucy corn.
  3. Butter the mold. In a bowl, combine the flour, the yeast.
  4. Add eggs one by one, melted butter and milk whisking to obtain a smooth paste.
  5. Incorporate Gruyere, all vegetables and coriander. Salt, pepper to taste, and pour the mixture into the pan.
  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, checking for cooking.
  7. Serve the cake warm or cold according to your desires accompanied by a mesclun of salad.
