Our confit is ready to give free rein to your creativity:
- Traditionally you will brown it in the oven or in the pan, but be careful, it will not be ready to serve until its skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Light version, you will reheat it with steam and remove its skin before crumbling it into a gourmet salad or to prepare a duck parmentier.
- It will also enrich your cassoulets and garnishes
As a reminder, our confits come from ducks raised in the open air in the South West. They are fed on corn, force-fed and cooked in the South West.
