Treblec flour is produced exclusively in Brittany in our mills of Maure-de-Bretagne (Ille et Vilaine).   The flour comes from rigorously selected black wheats. Their origin is primarily French or even European when it is necessary.

Recipe idea

Complete buckwheat galettes

INGREDIENTS For 4 galettes:

  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 g of Gruyère
  • Salt, pepper

RECIPE

Prepare the buckwheat galette according to our recipe.

Cook in a warm, lightly greased frying pan.

Once cooked break an egg on it.

Add the equivalent of 1 slice of ham and 20 g of Gruyère cheese.

When the egg white is cooked, fold the sides of the wafer towards the center. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve immediately.
